What's it like in a professional boxing ring as a fighter? Are you so excited and scared a little nervous? ?
What feelings go by? What you see, apart from the crowd? What do you hear? How to survive?
I've been inside the ring of a number of times and is a strange experience. It's a feeling of intense concentration. There is no time to be nervous. Me personally, I really do not hear background noise, one-way. And quickly filter out the address would not work. It's weird too, because after a while if someone yells "Jab!" 200 times during the round, which sometimes end up blocking out. As to what you see ... other and their movements. You have to be 150% aware and ahead of your opponent, and thinking all the time. The best thing I would say that to survive ... you have to be in great shape first. If you've never been in the ring, three minutes is a long time, especially if you're tired. And we must keep moving, whether trying to control the tempo or key for always being the aggressor. Boxing is not as easy as it sounds. The unique aspect of the best training for I was practicing every punch a heavy bag thousands of times with one arm / hand before going into combos. Besides being impressively, you have to keep drilling. That is not easy.
