How do you Advertise your small business locally?
I own a small store in a rich neighborhood and i just cannot get people to walk into the door. I sell high end gifts such as Faberge and Jay Strongwater, but people just do not walk in. I closed my store today with only $50 in sales, which only $25 was profit. I have no idea what to do, if it continues this way, I'm not going to make my payments. Some tips would be greatly appreciated. I have a website ive advertised in newspapers and craigs list. I just cant even get people to walk into the store to be able to sell them something. I am stuck next to a Gelson's supermarket but where 100s of people shop every day but i can't get them to enter my store no matter how many advertisement signs and sale signs i put up...
